The Institute of Microbiology of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, v. v. i.,
celebrates the 50th anniversary of foundation this year. In the frame of the celebrations
I am happy to announce a special Day of Immunology that will take place as a one-day symposium
(Day of Immunology 2012: Toward New Frontiers) on April 23, 2012.
We managed to collect several important speakers from abroad who will present the results of
their recent research. Members of the Department of Immunology and Gnotobiology of the Institute of
Microbiology will also participate with short presentations about their current studies.
The beginning of the Symposium is at 9:00 a.m., so take care to arrive some half an hour
earlier in order to be in time for the necessary formalities.
