Clear chimeric sequences

To clear chimeric sequences choose sequences to be checked by selecting the desired cell(s) on the grid form and then click Clear chimeric sequences option in the Selected cells (rows) menu.
When the chimera check is done click the OK button, in the selected cells appears the number of deleted sequences per group behind the "/" in the cell. Click Show selected fasta button and then save the new file. The chimeric sequences were deleted and are not viewed or saved.
This function uses an external program USEARCH.

Note:The cells are selected (by double-clicking) when the cell background turns red and stays red. Or left-click to get further selection options.
