De-replicate sequences

Click De-replicate sequences in Sequences menu to de-replicate sequences and name and save a mapping file when promted.
This step creates file containing only unique sequences (to be used for further analyses) and creates mapping file for duplicate sequences that were removed from the de-replicated file (to allow recovery this information later). Dereplication.png SaveMappingFile.png

This window appears when de-replication is done, giving count of unique sequences (groups) and total number of sequences that were de-replicated. Click OK to view and work with de-replicated file.

Note: The de-replicated file is not saved automaticaly.
