Group by titles
Groups sequences by position in the sequence title or by specified text or characters in the title.
To group by position in title type in the "Position" the number of a character position counted from the beginning of title string and then in "Length" type number of characters that should be included for the grouping.
To group by text in the title type the character(s) from which you want to start grouping. Then type character(s) to which you want to group by; when the "To text:" field is blank the default is to the end of the sequence title string.
