Journal Policy:

Open Access Journal

Open Access means that readers can access published material for free, without paying a subscription charge. Articles after acceptance are immediately and permanently free for everyone to read and download.

The article publishing is financed through article processing charges (APC), paid by authors and their institutions. APCs cover the cost of managing the peer review process, a professional copy-editing, and promoting the articles in databases (i.e. Medline, Scopus, WOS).

Open access literature is digital, online, free of charge, and free of most copyright and licensing restrictions.
