I would like to invite you to ImageStream Workshop, taking place on November 2–3, 2026 at Institute of Molecular Genetics.

ImageStream is an imaging flow cytometer available for your experiments at our Flow Cytometry Core Facility. It enables rapid acquisition of large numbers of cells in suspension, providing brightfield images as well as fluorescence imaging in up to 10 channels. It therefore combines the advantages of flow cytometry—high speed and multiparametric analysis—with the ability to generate imaging data for individual cells.

If you have a project where you are considering using ImageStream, this workshop is an ideal opportunity to learn about both the advantages and limitations of this technology. You will have the chance to speak directly with specialists from Cytek, who can help you determine whether ImageStream is suitable for your project and experimental questions.

Current ImageStream users will also have an opportunity to learn more about the technology, discuss their results, and get advice on how their experiments could be improved—from sample preparation and acquisition settings to data analysis.
